Administering your Journeys Plaza account
Your Journeys Plaza account is managed through Journeys' Extranet (www.journeystravel.co.uk/agents). From the extranet you can retrieve all certificates that have been issued from Journeys Plaza - these are identified by the issuing user being shown as 'intranet'. Amendments to certificates need to be made by Journeys. To request amendments go to Contact Journeys, accessed through the Support menu.
All Journeys Plaza sales and amendments will shown on your Monthly Commission statement. This can be accessed through the Manager menu.
Journeys Plaza commission levels can be separated from extranet rates and can be changed using Rate Management, accessed through the Manager menu. Multiple rates (useful to create online or seasonal offers) can be created. To set the rate, go to System Settings and select the rate using the Default Web Rate Option.
